DVDshippers.com offers a 14 day refund, 30 day exchange policy to all our customers. If you need to return a product for any reason we will be happy to help. Please call to obtain an RMA number before shipping your product. All returns must be in their original packaging just the way you received it. Double-boxed items must be returned double-boxed. All DVD players are guaranteed by their manufacturers (see specific product details for length and type or warranty). There are 800 numbers for service on all dvd players and the warranty registration cards and information are always contained among the original packaging. We carry the warranty on our modified (Toshiba and Pioneer) Codefree players for 90-Days Parts and Labor and One Year Parts repair. There is a 10% re-stocking fee charge on all returns, that are not for repair or replacement, which will be billed to your account.
Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable.
